Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is experiential by design – “Learning by doing”. Through hands-on interactions with horses, emotions and behavioral patterns are experienced and possible solutions and alternatives can be tried out. Growth and change take place by doing and practicing rather than by talking and discussing.
